We have personally negotiated reduced electric rates for Texas property owners resulting in annual savings of $2.6MM from pre-deregulation rates. Additionally, Lanta Company maintains a Class ?A? Texas HVAC and Refrigeration contractors license certifying us to install/repair/replace any heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment in the state.
We also perform complete turnkey and retrofit projects at cost-effective rates, including any elevator-related code or aesthetic upgrades that you may be contemplating. We are a registered Elevator Contractor - as required by Texas Elevator Law Section 754.0171 since 1/1/04 ? ready to address any elevator-related code compliance issues in hoistways, lobbies, machine rooms, and pits that are not typically performed by your elevator service company. For your convenience, I have attached a listing of these items quoted/executed by Lanta this year. Additionally, we can legally perform aesthetic renovations on your elevator cab finishes, floors, wall panels, handrails, and ceilings. We also provide customers with elevator ADA telephones and protective wall pads with anchors.
