| Innovative Pest Management is a local pest control service company that performs structural pest control for residential, commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. Innovative Pest Management is insured and licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture to perform structural pest control in the categories of; 7(Vertebrate Animal Control), 10a(General Pest Control), 10b(Termite Control), 10d(Mosquito, House Fly and Vector Control) & category 12 (WDI inspections for real estate transactions). Innovative Pest Management is licensed by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Wildlife for nuisance wildlife control. Innovative Pest Management is a member of the Summit County Pest Control Association, Ohio Pest Control Association, National Pest Management Association, IPCO (the International Pest Control Operators Association) and a Better Business Bureau member. Innovative Pest Management services Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit & Wayne counties of N. E. Ohio. The office hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and all calls will be answered after hours. Service scheduling includes responding to emergency calls usually within 24 hours and servicing at odd hours are available for your convenience. We pride ourselves on the fact that we provide a superior service to our customers. Our customers are thought of as friends and partners, not as revenue generating customers. We offer a high end service at a medium price range.
Innovative Pest Management performs services to IPM (Integrated Pest Management) standards, which has become a national standard for those companies that are to remain at the forefront of pest control technology. I?ve been in the industry since 1989 and have participated in more industry training programs than required for re-certification. Innovative Pest Management provides service to those facilities that are under AIB, FDA, HACCP, IPM, USDA & School IPM guidelines and any other special operating standards. We have trained ourselves to see what others overlook.
The types of services we offered;
Weekly - For those customers that have severe, ongoing problems that need this service frequency to maintain control. For those that are required to be serviced at this frequency or those that want to be sure that no pests are seen in their facility PERIOD WITH NO EXCUSES! This service is geared towards the food industry.
Twice a Month - For those commercial customers that have a desire or need for weekly service but have budget restraints or have such a large amount of area to cover that it?s broken down into 2 or more segments a month.
Monthly - The most commonly used preventative maintenance program for commercial accounts.
Seasonal Service - The most commonly used preventative maintenance program for residential customers and non-food related commercial accounts. It?s usually an exterior perimeter service running April-Oct to prevent entry of seasonal pests but can be adapted to fit a variety of situations.
Seasonal Service Plus- This is the seasonal service with an added January service for those wanting rodent control added to the basic seasonal program and would include exterior tamper resistant bait stations placed around the perimeter of the house.
Quarterly - For non-food facilities that have limited pest pressures and can live with seeing an occasional pest.
Yearly - A preventative service for reoccurring seasonal pests such as wasp, ladybugs and/or boxelder beetles applied prior to the problem occurring.
Spot Jobs - A one time service for a specific problem and has a one month warranty.
Spot Job Plus - A one time service for a specific problem that would require a follow up visit and has a 3 month warranty after the last visit.
Exclusion Services - Identifies and seals entry and harborage areas to prevent pests from utilizing them.
Sanitation Inspections - To report areas that could support pest infestations within your facility. This service is geared to the food industry.
Mosquito Control - Control programs for the homeowner having a party and up to providing control for municipalities.
Nuisance Wildlife Control - Performed using the most effective and humane methods while operating within legal requirements.
Termite Control &/or Monitoring Programs- A variety of options are available for this pest including preventative and/or remedial control methods using the newer non-repellent soil termiticides and baits.
WDI - Wood Destroying Insect Inspection for real estate transactions.
Innovative Pest Management has a quality program for commercial kitchens for the prevention and remedial control of small flies (fruit, moth & sewer flies). This program doesn?t rely on staff to provide the large amount of sanitation and structural repairs that?s needed for the control procedures to work. We can do it for you if that?s what?s needed!
