? Self sufficiency. We do not need to use subcontractors unless otherwise negotiated of requested by client. You have indicated to vendors your permission to use off-shore indexing for this project in order to reduce costs.
? Proprietary technology to protect sensitive data when outsourcing indexing. This technology allows masking, redacting and splitting subimages that are disbursed to multiple indexing sources, in a way that prevents them from fully reconstructing originals.
? Robotized media management to eliminate human errors.
? Near line progress reporting: For any portion of the work performed in our plant, we post periodic progress information to a private Web page available to you to monitor our work.

Secure material storage: We have an alliance with a vault storage organization whereby all material not in the work-in-progress queue is securely stored and protected against fire, earthquake, theft and other natural or man made adverse conditions. We periodically cycle boxes and media to keep in our premises only work in progress kept at a minimum.

Integrated Scanning of America, Inc. was established in Newbury Park, CA in March, 1993 as a service bureau organization specialized in high volume document capture. With a track record of almost a quarter of a billion pages converted, I.S.A. produced over 200 satisfied clients including Government (Federal, State, Local), Health, Industrial, Financial, Education and Services. I.S.A. is a woman owned, minority owned small business that employs 6 full time employees and occasionally hires additional temporary part time staff and consultants. Production lines include equipment and software to digitize paper, checks, large drawings, microfilm, microfiche, aperture cards, and legacy optical media. Each production line consists of top of the line equipment of diverse capabilities from different manufacturers, allowing to mix and match portions of a project and meet the most demanding challenges. ISA principals are document imaging pioneers with a track record in the industry that starts in 1986.
