| EP does Environmental & Remediation Assessments & Environmental Training to help organizations limit liability in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, plan new capital and renovation projects, and to adhere to environmental rules. We employ environmental attorneys.
EP is the only contractor to the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to provide training in Environmental Laws & Regulations, for nationwide bases and facilities, through 2008. We have had contracts with NY & NJ agencies to review Air Emission Statements and to document possible contamination liabilities under CERCLA.
We work with utilities, engineering firms and other private companies to conduct Phase I due diligence reviews of property, obtain permits, conduct audits, and model complex decision-making programs (e.g., natural resource damages, building options, EISs).
We have access to proprietary cleanup technologies. We have statistical experts who can complement your team's approach to sampling, data analysis (including computer setup), and data interpretation. We can set up your field office with networked computers and provide other decision support services.
Our staff of 10 are experienced attorneys, statisticians, planners and engineers who provide the guidance you need to plan for and satisfy environmental rules, as the courts have interpreted them. |
