2. As a behavioral psychologist, I highly recommend that you provide me with two lists:
First, the skills and behaviors you (or the Boss) would like the participants to come away with as a result of training.
Second, the skills and behaviors the participants themselves would like to learn during training.
I then deliver a custom value-added training program meeting the needs of both groups.
3. Training with a guarantee: I am confident the participants will find the training useful or there is
