Products & Services As a video, audio, and data conferencing provider, VSGi provides a total solutions approach that encompasses everything from design and network connectivity to selecting and installing video endpoint equipment. VSGi is a long-term partner to our customers, providing service, maintenance, and training in support of everything we sell. VideoConferencing Systems: VSGi sells videoconferencing gear from all major video equipment manufacturers such as Polycom, Tandberg, and PictureTEL (now Polycom?s iPower Group Systems). VSGi takes a consultative approach with every customer and is able to make product recommendations based on each customer's specific application requirements. Video and Audio Bridging Devices: Larger users of conferencing services prefer purchasing their own bridging devices. VSGi sells and maintains these devices and related gear, and can assist customers in managing conferences on their own equipment. Add-ons and Accessories: VSGi provides additional accessories that can transform a visual conferencing room into a natural meeting environment. Accessories such as document cameras, whiteboards, VCRs, DVDs enhance the meeting environment by providing the necessary components to enable participants to share their information and maintain as natural a meeting environment as if they were face to face. Video Network Provisioning: No videoconference can operate without a network. VSGi provides both ISDN and IP networking managed specifically for video, as well as integrated networking. Bridging and Gateway Services: Customers are increasingly looking for a single point of contact for all videoconferencing. VSGi is meeting this demand by providing not only equipment and network, but also the managed call bridging and gateway services to make any videoconference run smoothly. Data Collaboration: VSGi provides the tools and training to assist customers who want to bring presentations, documents, and other data into a videoconference or alongside an audio call. Audio Conferencing: With VSGi audio conferencing, customer can set up calls with or without reservations, and at very affordable rates. Streaming: Our streaming solution integrates audio and video with interactivity, archiving, data capture, and synchronized PowerPoint slides. Further, streaming allows for record and store so you can rebroadcast the meeting anytime, anywhere. Training: VSGi offers a full range of training and certification courses for all our products. In addition, VSGi provides all of the services your business needs to install, use, and maintain your video, audio, and data collaboration equipment. All calls are handled immediately and a trouble-ticket is issued. The average technical support response time is less than one hour and in most cases handled on the initial call without requiring a call back. Installation VSGI's staff includes technical personnel with experience to implement video conferencing telecommunication requirements encompassing T-1 circuits, switched voice, video and data transmission service, public networks ISDN and ATM. VSGI's technical staff can tackle all interoperability and network planning issues. VSGI is proactive in helping customers design maximum use networks; as well as understand the newest technology innovations. VSGI has the in-house staff to deliver complete engineering designs as well as to fabricate, assemble and modify equipment or systems for custom applications and requirements. VSGI can provide all implementation and installation services as required for proposed visual conferencing equipment. VSGI utilizes a Standard Operating Procedure to ensure a seamless implementation. All technical personnel have the required training and/or certifications from the manufacturer providing each client with qualified personnel to install, test, and provide a brief on-site orientation. Integration VSGI provides design and engineering for both equipment and rooms. VSGI technical management staff has the in-house capabilities and resources to provide custom-designed rooms incorporating voice, video, data, and internet applications.
