Steve?s training experience ranges from Leadership to Salesmanship over 28 years, through practical experience. As a sales person, he was number one in a sales organization of over 500 seven years in a row. As a manager his firm was number one in a worldwide organization of over 2000. During that time he was President of Sales & Marketing Executives of Dallas (SME-D) and was the Volunteer of the Year for the Dallas ?Adopt-A-School? program.
He has performed extensive training focusing on key issues such as customer service communication skills and culture change. In addition, Steve has been a part of numerous satellite television training broadcasts featuring Behavior Change and Relationship Leadership.
Steve has recently published his first book, ?Sell When You See the Whites of Their Eyes!? and is currently writing his second book on the concept of Leadership vs. Management.
Steve has also conducted a number of specialized workshops in the area of personal development for organizations from all business sectors. These workshops target key skills such as goal setting, time management, communication skills, team building and management skills.
