| Dunhill of Wilmington is a small, woman-owned business providing contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing services to the information technology and telecommunications industries, federal and commercial. We currently hold a Secret Facility Clearance and are in the process of being upgraded to a Top Secret facility. Our owners have combined more than 17 years of experience in technical recruiting and staffing and personally work with our staff to insure adherence to their standards.
We maintain the highest standards in our recruitment efforts ? from searching and screening candidates to delivering a quick acceptance. We make sure during our screening process that our candidates not only meet the technical requirements but that their individual goals are in line with those of our client. While the standard placement to interview ratio in the industry is 1 out of 7, our firm?s ratio is less than 1 out of 3. We pride ourselves on saving our clients? time and money in their recruitment efforts by only submitting those candidates we believe to be a good fit.
As a small, woman-owned business we provide many contractors with the diversity required by the government. While we maintain the service standards and reaction time of a very small business, we are able to offer the financial and administrative services of a large company for our contract services. We have experience working with a number of government contractors, small and large, and dealing indirectly with a number of government agencies. We are able to hold personnel clearances up to the secret level for contractors and we are able to identify and verify higher clearances for direct-hire (TS, TS/SCI, w/CI or full poly). |
