MCM currently offers two lines of products, comprising over 18 separate modules. MCM’s software is fully modular and scalable, so clients can purchase the functionality they want, and can grow without being hindered by a software system. In addition, MCM’s software is fully ODBC compatible, so clients can use MCM’s integrated database, or we can install the software as a front end for the client’s Oracle, SQL or other third-party database. Through careful research and planning, MCM has developed its own royalty free database and report writing system. Through our partnership with Citrix, using Citrix’s Metaframe?software, MCM’s software solutions are fully web-enabled.

MCM Real Time?Wireless Enterprise System v 7.50
MCM’s origins are in the two way dealer communications industry. Over 25 years ago Ted McMaster, Kurt Abts and Bob McMaster, developed the first two-way wireless radio systems software package. Since then MCM has utilized their experience and expertise in the industry to oversee the MCM development and engineering teams. The MCM Real Time?Wireless Enterprise system is the first software solution to fully integrate point of sale, bar-coding, activation, billing, inventory, service and accounting functions into one system. From its commercial release, MCM marketed its Real Time Wireless Enterprise system primarily to Motorola Service Shops and mid-market paging companies. By the end of 2004 MCM’s clients represent every vertical market within the wireless industry, including two-way radio dealers, paging carriers, cellular POS, internet service providers, Motorola Canopy dealers and specialized mobile radio dealers (Nextel).
MCM Real Time?Public Safety and Communications Asset Management v 4.50
Like many larger cities, Tampa has a large trunked radio system and significant communications assets that are utilized by the city’s police force, fire department, highway crew and other city employees. In June 2001, MCM met with the City of Tampa, Florida to discuss Tampa’s radio shop needs. Discussions about Tampa’s radio shop needs quickly turned to discussions about the city’s complete asset management needs. By the end of that first meeting, Tampa asked MCM to develop a system to manage and track all of its assets, from communications equipment to vehicles, firearms, and computer equipment. Tampa thus became the first beta site for what is now the MCM Real Time?Asset Management system. Tampa also became MCM’s introduction to the entirely new market of government communications equipment, information technology and wireless asset management. By taking the most powerful modules of the MCM Real Time?Systems and integrating them into a revenue and expense feature, MCM Technology has created a one of a kind asset management system for city, state and federal government agencies. All users of the MCM Asset Systems are GASB 34 compliant.
