Burke products meet or exceed the guidelines of the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) and the standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). In addition, Burke is a founding and active member of IPEMA.
Regarding child safety, Burke does two things that no other playground manufacturer does: (1) We partnered with the National Program for Playground Safety (NPPS) to provide Safety Supervision Kits with every modular play structure at absolutely no charge to the customer, and (2) we provide a curriculum program to elementary schools based on our Intensity product line.
