In the late 1980’s Trivec-Avant Corporation began to expand its airborne SATCOM systems to vehicular, land based and shipboard configurations. Presently, numerous SATCOM antennas are adapted for quick deployment and special applications by U.S. Army, U.S. Marines, U.S. Navy and the U.S. Coast Guard. Trivec-Avant Corporation also provided custom and commercial off the shelf antennas for a variety of high-endurance Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) where reliable voice and data link requirements are essential. Today, our advanced and effective antenna arrays perform multi-band, multi-function tactical local and wide area network (W/LAN) systems for the digital battlefield. Our “Next-Generation” antennas include Flak Jacket YAGI’s, Ruck Sack mounted SATCOM Communications On-The-Move (COTM) and microprocessor-controlled Self-Steering and Self-Tracking SMART ANTENNA systems for secure voice and data communications.
