| TSR has been offering Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) and Information Technology (IT) services to Federal clients since 1994. TEM Services:
1. Audit -- At contract inception, TSR verifies that telecom services were ordered, rendered, and priced correctly, disputing errors, as needed.
2. Resell -- TSR provides complete telecom operational support services, coordinating and managing circuit processes to ensure project success. TSR also maintains a data repository of all circuits, historical and current.
3. Circuit Quoting -- TSR ensures our clients get the best price for every circuit and provide for provisioning diversity.
4. Circuit Provisioning -- TSR ensures every ordered circuit is installed quickly and correctly by proactively tracking the process and acting as liaison between client, site POCs, and carriers.
5. Invoice Consolidation -- TSR clearly summarizes all Departmental telco costs into one clear, concise consolidated invoice; the client then pays TSR with one simple, thoroughly documented transaction.
6. Bill Verification -- TSR reviews all telco bills to ensure accuracy, tracing each charge to its authorized source and documenting the grounds for any dispute. Clients are assured they pay only what they owe.
7. Dispute Resolution -- When errors are found in audits or during bill verification, TSR acts as dispute agent, arguing client billing cases and obtaining full credit for telco errors.
8. Carrier Payment -- TSR pays for only validated charges, disbursing the funds from client payment to the appropriate service providers.
IT Services:
1. Network Monitoring & Node Management -- TSR manages network functions by controlling, planning, allocating, deploying, and coordinating the resources of each network.
2. LAN Support -- We perform analysis, provide recommendations, and work with operating systems and servers to support business applications.
3. Email Management & Support -- We monitor corporate electronic mail equipment and software; proactively troubleshoot system problems; and help coordinate mail address directory services in multiple mail databases.
4. PC Staging & Rollout -- TSR supplies the technical and professional resources needed to uniquely configure and setup PC software and hardware for future rollouts.
5. Desktop Support -- We supply techncial, personable support to microcomputer users: answering questions, installing and configuring software and hardware, and performing hardware maintenance when needed.
6. Lotus Notes Admin & Development -- TSR provides administrative support to Notes infrastructure, participating in Notes ad hoc research, providing product and/or hardware evaluations, and aiding in application monitoring and performance.
7. Help Desk Support (Tier 1 & 2) -- We offer 24/7 management and end user assistance for IT- and telecommunications-related inquiries.
8. DMS (Defense Messaging System) -- We supply the technical and professional resources required to administer DMS-specific features to the commercial Outlook product to comply with specifications set forth by the U.S. Department of Defense. |
