| 1. Forgotten ID and/or Password |

If you do not remember your Fedvendor user ID, please email our customer support team including your registered email address and as much as possible of the other information you gave during registration, such as company name, contact name, telephone number, address, and so on. This will enable us to verify your identity.
Once your identity is verified, your user ID will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not remember your password, please go to password reminder.

| 2. Changing ID and/or Password |

Please keep in mind that once you create an account at Fedvendor.com, you cannot change your user ID. This is for a security purpose.
To change your password, please go to My Fedvendor's Account Info.

| 3. Problems Logging In |

- Invalid ID and/or password
Please check to make sure that your ID and password are correctly typed in. Make sure that "Caps Lock" is not on, and that you have not included any blank spaces after your user ID or password. If you are not sure of your correct ID and password, please contact our customer support team.
- Cookie error
If you are asked to log in repeatedly, it is recommended to adjust your cookie setting.
Please try these following steps.
- Select TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, then GENERAL, then click DELETE COOKIES and DELETE FILES in a TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES and confirm it.
- Close once all browsers that you already opened.
- Try to open the Fedvendor browser again, then access for the Fedvendor service with your valid user ID and Password.
If you still have the same login problem, then try these instructions.

INTERNET EXPLORER V6 - ACCEPT COOKIE SETUP
- Select TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, then PRIVACY, then slide meter to MEDIUM security - this is Microsoft's default setting.
- Select TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, then PRIVACY, then click Edit, then type "fedvendor.com", then click "Always Allow".
- Click the OK button to complete.
ITERNET EXPLORER V5 - ACCEPT COOKIE SETUP
- Select TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, then SECURITY, then the INTERNET (world icon - default). If this is set to HIGH - you will not be able to login. If this is the case, change the setting to MEDIUM security. If you prefer to keep this HIGH setting, select CUSTOM LEVEL and change PER-SESSION COOKIES (NOT STORED) from DISABLE to ENABLE.
- Click the APPLY button then OK to complete.
NETSCAPE V6 - ACCEPT COOKIE SETUP
- Select EDIT, then PREFERENCES, then PRIVACY & SECURITY, then COOKIES.
- Select ENABLE COOKIES FOR THE ORIGINATING WEB SITE ONLY and WARN ME BEFORE STORING A COOKIE (optional).
- Click the OK button to complete.

Also, please check to see if your company has installed a firewall.
If there is a firewall installed by your company, it is difficult for you to view certain Web pages and to use some of the functions.
If you are operating any type of security programs, please stop them and try to log in again.

- Slow Website
If the page takes a long time to open, this might be caused by a temporary network jam or server reboot. In this case, we suggest that you try again later. If the problem persists, please contact our customer support team including the problematic URL.
- Internal server error
The error message "Internal server error" generally indicates a temporary network jam or server reboot. Please close all browser windows and re-start your computer. Sometimes an "internal server error" may be caused by a problem with your browser if you use something other than Internet Explorer or Netscape to open our website.
